These are the home preparation guide for the exterior part of the house:
❏ Open blinds/curtains evenly, turn on all lights including in closets and bathrooms, turn off all ceiling fans, close toilet seats, stow clutter
❏ Straighten all furniture, bedding, and décor
❏ Declutter and clear off kitchen and bathroom countertops as much as possible
❏ Remove shampoo, soaps, and any bath items from showers and bathtubs
❏ Hide anything you don’t want people to see, such as personal or private items
❏ Remove pets and pet items - food bowls, beds, toys, scratching posts, etc.
❏ Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop all floors
❏ Wipe down countertops, sinks, and fixtures. Don’t forget to clean off all smudges and fingerprints from stainless steel appliances and other shiny surfaces
❏ Clean all windows and mirrors
❏ Dust all shelves, ledges, and blinds
❏ Turn off all TVs and computer monitors
❏ Empty all trash bins or hide them
❏ Open the door to all closets and rooms to be captured

These are the home preparation guide for the exterior part of the house:
❏ Remove For Sale signs if you plan on using the 3D tour for MLS purposes
❏ Move all vehicles from the driveway and in front of the house
❏ Stow garbage cans, newspapers, hoses, garden supplies, and other unsightly items
❏ Uncover and straighten patio furniture, open umbrellas
❏ Be sure the lawn has been mowed and flower beds are tidy
❏ Clean the pool, put away pool toys
