Is there a catch?
No. The audit is free, no credit card, no follow-up calls unless you reply asking for one. The strategy: if 3 of every 100 audits result in someone booking Cineminn for a future shoot, the math works for us. The other 97 audits cost us 4-5 hours of work each and produce nothing — and that's fine.
What if my listing is in great shape?

Outside the Twin Cities — can you still audit?
For our 5 partner-operator markets (San Diego, Tampa, Ft Lauderdale, Austin, DFW) — yes, fully. For other markets, the photo + marketing analysis still works, but we won't be able to suggest a Cineminn shoot since we don't operate there yet.
