We don't open a market and then hunt for someone to run it. We find an A-player operator (former agent or established photographer) and the market follows where they live. Charlotte and Nashville are priorities because strong applicants are already there.

Every operator trains directly with Julian — the 9 bibles, the customer-success scripts, the shoot QC workflow, the AI tools, the lead-gen funnels. Onboarding ends only when the operator can deliver Cineminn-standard work autonomously.

Is Cineminn a national real estate photography platform?
No. Cineminn is a multi-market operator network, not a dispatched-freelancer platform like Virtuance or HomeJab. Each market is run end-to-end by a hand-selected certified operator trained by founder Julian Lundgren personally. We currently operate in the Twin Cities (flagship) plus 7 partner markets: San Diego, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth, Orange County, and Washington DC.
How are Cineminn operators selected?
Cineminn operators are former real estate agents (3+ years closed transactions) or established real estate photographers with full-time experience. Each applicant goes through a structured hiring and ranking SOP, plus a 30-day onboarding directly with Julian. New markets open ONLY when an A-player operator candidate passes the SOP — we never open a market and then hunt for an operator.
Do all Cineminn markets meet the same standards?
Yes. Every Cineminn market — Twin Cities flagship through every partner market — operates with the same 9 AM Next-Day Delivery Guarantee, Blue Sky Guarantee (free weather reshoots), Price Match Guarantee, and Agent Satisfaction Guarantee. Same standards, same systems, same brand voice, locally executed.
What markets is Cineminn expanding to next?
Priority 2026 expansion markets are Charlotte, NC and Nashville, TN — selected based on where strong operator candidates have applied. Cineminn also considers counter-cyclical premium markets (Boulder CO, Park City UT, Naples FL, Charleston SC, Asheville NC) where local competitor density is lower and quality matters more than volume. Strong operator applicants in any US metro are considered.

Virtuance is a national platform dispatching freelance contractors with 5 PM next-day delivery. HomeJab is a marketplace where photographers bid on shoots with variable quality. Cineminn is an operator-led network — every market is run by a hand-selected operator (not a dispatched contractor), with 9 AM next-day delivery guaranteed in writing, the same photographer every shoot, and direct accountability to founder Julian Lundgren. We trade scale for consistency.
Can I bring Cineminn to my market?
Yes — Cineminn operates an open operator-application process. Former real estate agents and established real estate photographers can apply to launch a Cineminn market in their city at cineminn.com/become-a-cineminn-operator. Approved operators get the full Cineminn brand, playbooks, training, lead-gen funnels, and HQ support. Revenue splits 50/50 after expenses, no franchise fee.
