Families choose
from the photos.

Before a tour is ever booked, an adult child has already looked at every photo you have. We make communities look the way they actually feel — planned in one call, quoted in writing, delivered in days.

Why It Matters

The website visit comes before the phone call. Every time.

Choosing a community is a trust decision made by the whole family — and it starts online, usually with a son or daughter comparing tabs at 10 PM.

The first-impression gap

Dark dining rooms and empty hallways read as institutional. Warm, real photography reads as home. Same building, different decision.

The tour that books itself

Families arrive at communities they've already fallen for online. The media's job is to earn that shortlist spot.

The trust story

Staff, activity and genuine daily life — shown honestly, with consent — answer the question every family is really asking: will they be happy here?

What We Make

Three ways to work with us.

Every community is quoted in writing — the number of spaces, residences and settings sets the size of the day.

Community Media Day

The full picture of life at your community.

Quoted in writing, within one business day
  • Residences — models and agreed occupied settings, styled warm
  • Dining, activity and common spaces at their best hours
  • Grounds, gardens and exteriors — plus drone where appropriate
  • Staff and community life, with consent your team coordinates
  • Full usage — website, referral sites, ads, print, social

Why Cineminn

We've shot more Twin Cities interiors than anyone quoting you six weeks.

Nearly 2,000 properties photographed and filmed across the metro — plus commercial work for multifamily operators like JRK, hotels, senior living communities, builders and architects — on full professional cinema, lighting and audio kit, planned around your marketing goals, not just a shot list. Rooms, light and detail are the whole business here, not a sideline.

Days, not weeks

Our real estate work runs on next-morning delivery. Commercial projects carry the same discipline — assets in days, not a six-week editorial queue.

Re-Shoot Guarantee

If a space isn't right, we come back and shoot it again. In writing, like everything else we promise.

Built for working buildings

We shoot around live operations every day. Planned space by space, out of everyone's way, no shutdown required.

How It Works

One call. One written number. One media day.

1 · The 15-minute call

The spaces, the goal, what the assets need to do. That's all we need.

2 · The written scope

A real number and a real shot list within one business day. No ranges, no “it depends.”

3 · The media day

We shoot to the list, around your operations. Assets delivered in days, with full commercial usage.

Common Questions

Asked before booking. Answered.

What does it cost?
Every community is quoted in writing — the number of spaces, residences and settings set the size of the day. Brand video starts at $1,950.
Our residents' privacy matters. How do you handle that?
We plan every shot with your team in advance, photograph only in agreed spaces and times, and anyone who appears on camera does so with signed consent your staff coordinates. No exceptions.
Who is the media really for?
Usually the adult children doing the research. The assets are built for how families actually choose — warm, honest, and clear about what daily life looks like.
Can you shoot without disrupting the community?
Yes. We work space by space on your schedule, around meals and activities, with a small footprint. Most residents never notice the crew.
