We reserve monthly shoot capacity against your floor commitment. If we fail to deliver it, unused credits carry forward automatically. Your floor is a guarantee to you, not a penalty.

Every Enterprise agreement has a growth clause: if your agent count or shoot volume crosses the next threshold, we revisit pricing mid-term with MFN applied.
