We're a preferred independent vendor for many Edina Realty agents in the Twin Cities. For brokerage-wide formalized partnerships with MFN pricing and a Cineminn-Managed Floor, we encourage brokerage leadership to schedule a founder-led discovery call.

For most of the Twin Cities metro, next-day shoots are available 6 days a week with 24-hour notice. Partners get priority windows.

If weather on a scheduled exterior shoot day is unusable, we reshoot at no charge within 48 hours. Same for drone shoots canceled by FAA conditions.

Why I built this around Edina Realty listings.

I sold real estate in the Twin Cities for ten years before I picked up a camera. For most of those years I had Edina Realty's logo on my marketing. That isn’t branding for this page — that’s why I know what an Edina Realty listing looks like when it’s working, and why I built Cineminn around that specific job.

If you’ve shot the Country Club District lately, you know the problem. Tudors eat light. The dark wood paneling in a 1920s Sherwood Court colonial doesn’t render in standard 5-bracket HDR — you get muddy interiors and blown-out windows. The fix is shooting 7-bracket fusion with a window-pull pass in PixlMob. We figured that out shooting Edina Tudors specifically. It’s now standard on every Cineminn shoot in zip 55424.

That’s the difference between a photographer who shoots houses and a photographer who shoots the listings you actually take.

The five zips that drive most of our Edina Realty volume.

Roughly three quarters of our 2025 Edina Realty shoots clustered in five zip codes. Each one has its own light problem; we don’t apply a Twin Cities-generic preset.

  • 55391 — Wayzata. Lake Minnetonka waterfront, $1.5M+. Drone clearance via LAANC for the airspace south of MSP. Blue hour is the hero in May; the on-site twilight window is roughly 6:42–7:18 PM that month.
  • 55424 — Edina (Country Club + Rolling Green). Tudor and transitional luxury. The 7-bracket calibration. Indoor twilight matters more than outdoor twilight here because the wood absorbs ambient light.
  • 55416 — Minneapolis lakes. Lake of the Isles, Cedar Lake. Polarizer mandatory on the south-facing windows; the lake reflection flattens the water if you don’t kill it.
  • 55343 — Hopkins / Interlachen. West-suburban executive. Less photographically demanding than the lakes; faster shoots, tighter packages.
  • 55436 — Edina (Parkwood Knolls + Braemar). Large-lot luxury. Drone is essentially mandatory for the lot reveal; the relationship between house and grounds is the listing’s value proposition.

The Edina Realty MLS pipeline takes three sets of files. We deliver three.

Most photographers deliver one set of files. Then your assistant resizes them at 8 AM the day of listing. We deliver three:

  • · NorthstarMLS submission package — 2048px long edge, sRGB, under 5MB, named to the MLS file convention.
  • · EdinaRealty.com listing-page assets — separate hero photo at 1920x1080 JPG, gallery sized for the brokerage’s template.
  • · Broker-assistant upload package — file naming the upload portal expects, plus the floor plan as both PDF and PNG.

That’s not us being thorough. That’s us not making your assistant fix our work.

What’s the standard package for a Wayzata waterfront listing?

For a $1.5M+ Wayzata listing, Gold + real twilight is the kit: 35 HDR stills, 2D floor plan, Matterport 3D tour, drone reel + neighborhood B-roll, and a real (not virtual) twilight session. $599 + $129 twilight add-on. The twilight delta is the easiest 20% list-price-protection move you can make on a Lake Minnetonka shoot.
