For most of the Twin Cities metro, next-day shoots are available 6 days a week with 24-hour notice. Partners get priority windows.
If weather on a scheduled exterior shoot day is unusable, we reshoot at no charge within 48 hours. Same for drone shoots canceled by FAA conditions.

I sold real estate in the Twin Cities for ten years before I picked up a camera. For most of those years I had Edina Realty's logo on my marketing. That isn’t branding for this page — that’s why I know what an Edina Realty listing looks like when it’s working, and why I built Cineminn around that specific job.
If you’ve shot the Country Club District lately, you know the problem. Tudors eat light. The dark wood paneling in a 1920s Sherwood Court colonial doesn’t render in standard 5-bracket HDR — you get muddy interiors and blown-out windows. The fix is shooting 7-bracket fusion with a window-pull pass in PixlMob. We figured that out shooting Edina Tudors specifically. It’s now standard on every Cineminn shoot in zip 55424.

Can I bring you in on a co-listing with another Edina Realty agent?
Yes, all the time. Both agents get gallery access, branded property sites if you want them, and your choice of split-billing or single-invoice. Just flag the co-list at booking; we’ll set up dual access.
What’s the standard package for a Wayzata waterfront listing?
For a $1.5M+ Wayzata listing, Gold + real twilight is the kit: 35 HDR stills, 2D floor plan, Matterport 3D tour, drone reel + neighborhood B-roll, and a real (not virtual) twilight session. $599 + $129 twilight add-on. The twilight delta is the easiest 20% list-price-protection move you can make on a Lake Minnetonka shoot.
