Floors are monthly averages, measured quarterly. Miss one month, hit the next; you're fine. Miss a full quarter and we'll review together. We want you to succeed, not penalize churn.

Yes. Any agent on the team can pay a-la-carte if they prefer, but most prefer the Partner rate and priority scheduling.
