We're a preferred independent vendor for many Compass agents in the Twin Cities. For brokerage-wide formalized partnerships with MFN pricing and a Cineminn-Managed Floor, we encourage brokerage leadership to schedule a founder-led discovery call.

For most of the Twin Cities metro, next-day shoots are available 6 days a week with 24-hour notice. Partners get priority windows.

If weather on a scheduled exterior shoot day is unusable, we reshoot at no charge within 48 hours. Same for drone shoots canceled by FAA conditions.

The Compass Marketing Center is the most demanding internal tool in residential real estate. Every input — the hero photo ratio, the gallery dimensions, the Stories formats, the property micro-site templates — assumes editorial-grade photography as the baseline.

Most photographers shoot for the MLS and let the agent figure it out. Cineminn shoots for the Compass Marketing Center first and treats the MLS as a downstream output.

A Compass shoot is calibrated differently.

  • Tighter framing on architectural detail. Compass agents lean on detail shots in their micro-sites — millwork, fixtures, the curve of a stair rail — more than agents at any other brokerage. We shoot 8–12 detail frames per Compass listing, not the standard 3–5.
  • Negative space matters. Compass templates use a lot of whitespace; the hero photo has to leave room for type without crowding the architecture.
  • Color grading toward the Compass aesthetic. Neutral whites, no over-warm cast, a slightly desaturated treatment that pairs with the Compass black-coral-cream palette without fighting it.
  • Vertical 9:16 cuts of every primary frame. Compass Stories are vertical-native; we deliver pre-cut vertical frames so your assistant isn’t cropping in Canva at 11 PM.
