Questions

The short answers

We're a preferred independent vendor for many Keller Williams agents in the Twin Cities. For brokerage-wide formalized partnerships with MFN pricing and a Cineminn-Managed Floor, we encourage brokerage leadership to schedule a founder-led discovery call.

Either. Individual agents book a-la-carte at standard rates. Teams and brokerages get Partners pricing on commitment.

For most of the Twin Cities metro, next-day shoots are available 6 days a week with 24-hour notice. Partners get priority windows.

If weather on a scheduled exterior shoot day is unusable, we reshoot at no charge within 48 hours. Same for drone shoots canceled by FAA conditions.

Keller Williams

Volume photography, KW workflow first.

I worked across the closing table from Keller Williams agents for ten years. The thing that surprised me was how much of the job is administrative. A KW top producer running 50 deals a year doesn’t have time to coach a photographer. She has Tony Robbins audio in the truck and an ISA running the 8 AM scheduling block. What she needs from a photographer is the same shot list, the same look, the same delivery time, every shoot, in a workflow her assistant can run without a single email back-and-forth.

That’s why our top KW relationships look the way they do. Half of them have never spoken to me. The ISA books through HDPhotoHub, the photographer arrives, the listing kit hits the agent’s inbox at 8:54 AM the next morning, and the assistant has it loaded into KW Command before the agent’s 9:30 buyer consult.

The volume math, written out.

A KW agent doing 30 listings a year at our Bronze rate spends $11,700 on photography annually. At Partner+ pricing (15% discount, kicks in at 20 shoots/month team total) the same volume runs $9,945. The discount is $1,755.

The discount isn’t the point.

The point is you stop losing four hours a week to photographer coordination. That’s 200 hours a year. At your hourly transaction rate, that’s worth more than the discount — usually by an order of magnitude.

KW Command is where it lives or dies.

The photo gallery, the floor plan, the Matterport tour, the listing description — all of it needs to land in the property record on KW Command without your ISA reformatting anything.

Our delivery is configured for that:

  • · Hero photo at the Command-spec ratio
  • · Gallery photos sized for the Command gallery widget
  • · Floor plan as both PDF and PNG — Command requires the PNG in the property record but the PDF for the listing flyer
  • · Matterport URL formatted for direct paste-in
  • · AI-generated listing description in plain text, ready to paste

Your ISA can populate a Command listing in 90 seconds.

Team accounts, single invoice, ISA-friendly.

Cineminn Partners team accounts let one ISA book on behalf of the entire team under a single billing relationship. One invoice monthly. The 15% volume discount applies across all team agents combined — solo agents on the team don’t have to hit the threshold individually.

We have KW teams running 5–12 agents on a single Cineminn account. The operational simplicity is worth more than the price drop. Your ISA stops doing photographer-vendor management; it’s one queue, one inbox, one monthly invoice.

From the founder

Most KW top producers I’ve talked to have stories about photographers who flaked, missed deadlines, or made an $800K listing look like a Craigslist sublet. We’re the answer to those stories. Same photographer. Same look. Same time. Every shoot. The reason we work for KW isn’t the price. It’s that we’re boring — in the way a 40-deal agent needs her photographer to be boring.

— Julian Lundgren, founder

KW questions I get most.

Does Cineminn integrate with KW Command?

Yes. Files deliver as a one-click import package with the gallery, hero photo, floor plan (PDF + PNG), Matterport URL, and AI listing description in the formats Command’s property record expects. Your ISA can populate a listing in 90 seconds.

Can my whole team use the same booking account?

That’s the standard setup. ISA-friendly, single monthly invoice, volume discount across all agents combined. We have KW teams running this way for 18+ months without a single billing dispute.

What’s the cheapest entry point for a new KW agent’s first listing?

Bronze ($390): 25 HDR photos, drone aerials, MLS-ready delivery, AI listing description, 3 social posts. Same Cineminn standard, just scoped for a smaller listing. New KW agents who shoot Bronze on their first listing tend to upgrade by listing #3, but the Bronze first listing won’t look like a Bronze first listing.
