Yes. Brainerd Lakes, Mille Lacs, the Whitefish Chain are all within our travel-fee-free zone for Platinum bookings. Real twilight is mandatory for waterfront listings; we route the photographer’s day around the sunset window.

What’s the recommended package for a $1.5M lake home?

Platinum + extended drone B-roll. The seasonality and the buyer pool warrant the extra cost; lake home buyers make decisions on visuals more than any other segment. The photo set carries weight months after the listing goes live.

Can you re-shoot a winter listing in summer for an active relist?

Yes. We track relist cycles and offer a discounted seasonal re-shoot rate for properties already in our system. The property file stays open in HDPhotoHub, so the second shoot is half-coordination, half-execution.
